Whistleblowing

Allos S.r.l. in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 (implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 regarding the protection of people who report violations of Union law and national regulations - so-called Whistleblowing) has set up a Whistleblowing Policy and adopted its own channel for reporting violations and irregularities (illegal acts and/or behaviors, whether committed or omitted, which harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company), which guarantees whistleblowers the confidentiality of their identity and the information contained in their reporting, as well as their protection from possible retaliation.
